Cancellation Charges

• Before 30 days prior to check-in: No cancellation charges will apply.
• Between 30 days to 15 days prior to check-in: One-night pro-rata cancellation charges will be applicable.
• Between 14 days till check-in: Full retention charges for the entire reservation period will apply.

Amendments & Postponements

For amendments, date changes, or postponements made within 7 days prior to check-in, a one-night retention charge may be applicable, subject to availability and booking category.

No Show

In case of a no-show without prior intimation, 100% retention of the booking amount will be charged.

Refund Policy

Eligible refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Refund timelines may vary depending on bank processing and payment gateway policies.
